Return Process

  Log into your Balmbare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original boxes, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
